Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SwiftFeed.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

SwiftFeed.ai is a supplier spreadsheet normalization tool that transforms chaotic supplier CSV and Excel files into pristine import files for platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce. The Service includes AI-assisted column mapping, variant splitting, price adjustment, and optional automated remote synchronization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malware. You retain all rights to the data you upload; we process it solely to deliver the Service.

Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Service is prohibited.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription if you have not processed more than 5,000 rows. Refund requests can be sent to support@swiftfeed.ai and are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are not available for partial billing periods after the 7-day window, or for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and are not retained beyond the period necessary to deliver the Service unless Remote Sync is explicitly enabled.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftFeed.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
