Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data required to operate SwiftFeed.ai. This includes your email address and password (stored as a salted hash) when you create an account, your subscription and billing status, and the files you upload for processing.

Files uploaded for normalization are processed in-memory and are not persisted on our servers after the job completes unless you explicitly enable Remote Sync, in which case a copy is retained solely to serve your sync schedule.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or other raw payment instrument details — only a tokenized reference to your Stripe customer record.

We use your account information to authenticate you, deliver the product features you have subscribed to, and send essential service notifications (such as security alerts and billing receipts).

Aggregated, non-identifiable usage metrics may be used to improve the product. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Processed file artifacts are purged within 24 hours of job completion unless Remote Sync is active. Your account data is retained for the lifetime of your account.

You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@swiftfeed.ai. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

We use essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and is fully audited.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@swiftfeed.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
